People form an opinion about your business before they ever talk to you. LSS builds brand positioning and identity systems, websites, capability statements, annual reports, print and project collateral, and photography of your people and your work.
Content & Campaigns
Trust is built through repetition, not announcements. LSS handles campaign strategy, content calendars, social media management, photography, and video production.

I studied anthropology before I ever wrote a marketing plan, and understanding people on their own terms has been the through line of everything since.
My career has lived where community and industry meet. Workforce development. Community lending. Construction. Media and advertising before that. Across all of it, the work was the same... figure out what people actually need, then build something that reaches them. That taught me a specific set of skills. How to run a listening session where people tell you the truth. How to read a market and find the position nobody else has claimed. How to write so it sounds like a person. How to design a brand system that holds up across a website, a report, and a sign on a fence. How to shoot photo and video that makes a company look like itself on its best day. How to keep a story moving week after week instead of once a quarter. What I have seen over and over is good work going unnoticed. Strong companies with no way to show it. Real commitments that never reach the people they were meant for. The gap is rarely capability. It is usually the story.
